When you call us or send a quote request, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, contact number, email address if you provide one, the suburb and property the work relates to, and a description of the issue.

We do not ask for identity document numbers, payment card details or any other sensitive information through this website.

The quote form on this website assembles your answers into an email addressed to us and opens it in your own email application. The message is only sent when you press send in that application, and the form does not store your answers on this website.

If you would prefer not to use email at all, calling us directly on 03 4823 0108 during our opening hours achieves the same outcome.

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out locksmith work, and follow up about that work where necessary.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists from an enquiry.

For lockout and lock-change work we may need to confirm that you are the owner, tenant or otherwise authorised occupant of a property. This can include sighting identification or evidence of occupancy at the time of the job. Any such check is made to protect property owners and occupants.

This website embeds a Google Maps frame on the contact and location pages so you can see where we are based. That frame is loaded from Google and is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy practices. It is deliberately loaded only when you scroll to it.
